Lisa Uhl is a graduate from Montana State University with specialization in both Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education. She earned a Masters Degree from Concordia University in 2007. She has over 37 years experience with young children and families and 34 years as a parent. She has served on State boards, Accreditation teams and is a State Master trainer. Lisa is unique in that she is was a Certified Conscious Discipline® Instructor for 12 years, as well as a graduate of the Jensen Learning for Brain Compatible training. Recently she is a graduate of the Infant Toddler Mental Health program at Portland State University. Lisa provides workshops in early care and education as well as parenting classes and parenting coaching. Inspiration from Magda Gerber, Janet Gonzaleez Mena, Ruth Anne Hammond, John Bowlby and Mary Ainsworth are used in the Early Childhood Curriculum designing which promote love and attachment. She believes in the 3 R's: Respect and Responsibility lead to quality Relationships. She is dedicated to sharing a relationship based philosophy with educators and parents and the children in her care.
